We aim for a long term relationship between our clients and the suppliers we find. The search of a supplier will only be a matter of days, depending on the complexity of your needs and demands. Afterwards, we do a thorough audit and creditworthiness check. For this, we are dependent on the supplier and their schedule. Once everything is set the relationship can commence. All in all it would take about a month to form a long term relationship with a capable and trusted supplier in Germany.
We do a thorough check of the supplier to make sure they’re capable. In the audit report you will read how they do business, what their logistics look like, who their clients are, what prices and terms they desire and so forth. If you need any additional information, we’ll make sure it’s in there as well. There will also be a report on the facility check, where we visit the German supplier to check out their facilities.
We visit the German supplier, take pictures and create a full report of what’s there and what’s not. You do not need to spend a lot of time and money visiting potential suppliers. We’ll do it for you. You will gain great insight in how capable they are and what the supplier actually looks like.
If we can’t find you a supplier within a reasonable time span, you will get 100% of your money back. Be aware that we almost always find multiple potential suppliers. And if the relationship is terminated by you, then we can’t give you a refund.
Yes, we have an extensive network of supplier throughout Europe. However, for any other country than Germany, we charge an extra $1,000 for the facility check.
We help 6 months after the relationship has been established with anything you need. Does the German supplier have something new and you need to take a look at it? We’re here. For assistance for a longer period than 6 months we charge $1,000 per year per supplier.
In this case, we will handle it. If our original contract is altered by the supplier, we will negotiate new terms, prices and conditions that suit you. This is all in the price.
